Terms and Conditions of 27epix — Platform Rules & Usage Guidelines

Welcome to 27epix. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services provided by the 27epix platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, poker, roulette, deposit and withdrawal services via Pix, and any other product available on 27epix.net.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of 27epix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules applicable to each product on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the services of 27epix.

These terms represent the complete agreement between the user and 27epix regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior communication or agreement — verbal or written. The 27epix reserves the right to update these terms periodically; changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site.

To use the services of 27epix, you must create a personal account and provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user may hold only one active account — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bonuses, or restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.

Registration at 27epix requires the following minimum information:

• Full name (as it appears on your ID document);
• Valid and active CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física);
• Date of birth;
• Active email address;
• Mobile phone number with a valid Brazilian area code (DDD);
• Full residential address in Brazil.

A 27epix may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents include RG, CNH, passport, or any official government-issued photo ID from a Brazilian authority.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. The 27epix is not responsible for losses resulting from password sharing or unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence. The services of 27epix are intended exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete;
• Reside in Brazil or have legal access to the platform in your country of residence;
• Not be prohibited from using gambling and betting services by any applicable law or regulation;
• Not be an employee, partner, director, or first-degree relative of an employee of 27epix or any partner company directly involved in the operation of the platform;
• Not be subject to any court or regulatory order that prohibits participation in online betting and gaming activities.

A 27epix applies technical measures and verification procedures to enforce the minimum age requirement. Any user who provides false information to circumvent this restriction will have their account closed immediately, and any deposited funds may be withheld for review.

A 27epix accepts only Brazilian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Available options include Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, Mercado Pago, and PicPay. TED bank transfers from any bank operating in Brazil are also accepted, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, Inter, and C6 Bank, among others.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). Via Pix, deposits are confirmed automatically within 30 seconds of payment. Boleto Bancário deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear and are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) and no fee is charged by 27epix. Fully verified accounts have withdrawals processed within 30 minutes via Pix — the actual average processing time is below that in most cases. Withdrawals for unverified accounts or situations requiring additional review may take up to 5 business days.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made in the account holder's name — transactions on behalf of third parties are not permitted;
• The Pix key or bank account used for withdrawals must belong to the same CPF registered on the 27epix;
• The platform may request supporting documentation for the origin of funds on withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 (five thousand BRL);
• Transactions suspected of money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with legal obligations.

A 27epix is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions, third-party payment provider failures, or payment system outages beyond the platform's control.

A 27epix offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a 100% welcome bonus up to BRL 500.00 (five hundred reais) on the first deposit. Each promotion has specific terms that must be read in full before participating.

General rules applicable to all bonuses at 27epix:

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per user, CPF, residential address, IP address, and device;
• Bonus balance is held separately from your real-money balance and is subject to a rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn;
• The standard welcome bonus rollover is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount received — bets on events with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward meeting the requirement;
• The welcome bonus is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of the qualifying deposit — any unused bonus balance after this period is automatically removed;
• A 27epix reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, due to abuse, technical error, or changes in business strategy;
• Participating in promotions implies full acceptance of the specific terms of each offer;
• Bets placed with bonus funds are not eligible for direct withdrawal — only the profit generated from the bonus, after the rollover requirement is met, may be withdrawn.

A 27epix offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Campeonatos Estaduais), e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, and other sports covered by the platform.

General Sports Betting rules at 27epix:

• The minimum single bet amount is R$ 1.00 (one BRL);
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account level — check each event's page for the specific limit;
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled after confirmation, except in cases covered by these terms (such as event cancellation);
• If an event is cancelled or postponed before it starts, all pre-match bets are fully refunded to the user's balance;
• Matches interrupted after they begin are settled in accordance with the official competition rules and the criteria of 27epix published on each sport's dedicated page;
• A 27epix 27epix reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious odds errors caused by technical or human failure — in such cases, stakes are refunded;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already public knowledge at the time of confirmation are void.

Live betting is available on selected events. Live odds update in real time and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments (goals, red cards, VAR reviews). The 27epix is not responsible for unconfirmed live bets placed during market suspension periods.

The online casino games available at 27epix — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live casino, and crash games such as Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and Mines — are provided by internationally licensed suppliers, with RNG (Random Number Generator) certification by independent audit.

Crash games use Provably Fair technology, allowing players to independently verify — using cryptographic proof — that the outcome of each round was generated fairly before the round began. Verification instructions are available within each game.

• The minimum bet amount for crash games is R$ 1.00 (one BRL) per round;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the title's information — leading crash games operate with an RTP between 96% and 97%;
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a round after it has started, the 27epix will apply the most recent result recorded by the server or refund the bet, in accordance with each game's policy;
• Results displayed incorrectly due to a rendering error on the user's device do not constitute a payment obligation — the official result is the one recorded on the platform's servers;
• Winnings obtained by exploiting bugs, technical failures, or any platform error are void and may result in account closure.

The poker available at 27epix includes Texas Hold'em and Omaha, with cash tables open 24 hours a day and tournaments on a regular weekly schedule. The rake for each table and the buy-in for each tournament are displayed before the player joins.

• The rake on cash tables ranges from 3% to 5% of the pot, with a maximum cap per hand that varies according to table limits;
• Tournaments have a registration fee separate from the buy-in, displayed in the format buy-in + fee (e.g., R$ 50.00 + R$ 5.00);
• In the event of a disconnection during a poker hand, the system applies a time-limited protected hand policy — if reconnection does not occur within the allotted time, the player is considered "all-in" for the pot in which they have already invested chips;
• Collusion between players — sharing card information or coordinating actions to the detriment of other participants — is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of funds;
• The use of any real-time assistance software (HUDs, solvers, bots) during games on 27epix is prohibited and subject to penalties;
• Tournament prizes are automatically credited to the player's balance once the event concludes.

By using 27epix, you agree to act in good faith and to refrain from any of the following prohibited practices:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent limits and restrictions;
• Using bots, automated scripts, automation software, or any technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Attempting to exploit loopholes, bugs, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing agreements in Sports Betting;
• Conducting transactions that could constitute money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes — such as systematic odds arbitrage at volumes inconsistent with recreational behavior;
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other players, live dealers, or 27epix staff 27epix through any of the platform's communication channels.

A 27epix monitors suspicious activity in real time. Confirmed violations result in immediate account closure, confiscation of balances linked to the infraction, and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

A 27epix acknowledges that Sports Betting and casino games should be treated as entertainment — and that, for some people, they can become a problem. For this reason, the platform provides responsible gambling tools that any player can activate at any time, without needing to justify the decision.

Available tools include:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Loss limit: set how much you can lose per period, with no option to continue depositing once the limit is reached;
• Temporary break: suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during the break, logging in, depositing, or betting is not possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes your access to the platform. Permanent deletion is irreversible — the account cannot be reactivated.

A 27epix processes its users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). Data processing is carried out on the following lawful bases:

• Performance of the service agreement (account operation, bet processing, and financial transactions);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering measures and identity verification (KYC);
• Legitimate interest in fraud prevention and platform security;
• With explicit consent, personalized marketing communications — revocable at any time.

Personal data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes. Sharing with technical partners (payment processors, game providers, verification services) is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the services. All content available on the platform 27epix — including texts, logos, trademarks, layouts, designs, images, source code, software, databases, and other elements — is the exclusive property of 27epix or has been licensed from third-party rights holders.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization;
• Using the 27epix brand, logo, or any associated visual identity for commercial or promotional purposes without a license;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software;
• Scraping platform data through automated means.

Use of the services provided by 27epix does not grant the user any intellectual property rights over any element of the platform.

The services of 27epix are provided "as is" — the platform makes its best efforts to ensure continuous availability, but does not guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

A 27epix is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user;
• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Internet connection failures or issues with the user's device;
• Delays in financial transactions caused by third parties (banks, payment processors);
• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of 27epix toward a user is limited to the available balance in that user's account at the time the claim arises.

Users may close their account at 27epix at any time by contacting support at contato@27epix.net. Prior to account closure, your available balance (excluding any unreleased bonus funds) will be returned via Pix to your linked account, following identity verification.

A 27epix may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Abusive behavior directed at other users or platform staff;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Determination by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the remaining account balance may be withheld by 27epix for the period required to investigate the matter, and returned to the user if no misuse warranting confiscation is found.

A 27epix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users with active accounts via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory order.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the changes may close their accounts before the effective date and will receive their available balance under the conditions in force at the time of closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the services of 27epix will be resolved preferably through mediation and, if not possible, submitted to the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990).
